Effect: Reroll the saving throw, and use the second result, even if it is lower.
Created by the insane mage Sular Tremspit, this blade can be activated to perform as a Rod of Wonder or Deck of Many Things (GM’s discretion) once per day. The weapon is utterly insane, imbued with the insane Drow lust for power of its creator. It functions as a Sorcerer Implement. The sword was created out of the heirloom blade Sunwrath after its capture by the Troglodyte Skalmad.
The weapon grows favors its holder more when they perform insane or counterproductive actions. Lawful and logical courses of action make the weapon’s power dim.
